Juicing Menu

Drink 1:  Kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery, and apple.

Drink 2:  Pineapple, apple, mint, lemon juice, and kale.

Drink 3:  Orange, carrot, and grapefruit.

Drink 4:  Apple, lemon juice, agave nectar, ginger, and filtered water.

Drink 5:  Beet, kale, celery, and apple.

Drink 6: Almond, date, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and ginger.

Kale: High in iron (it has more iron per calorie than beef), high in vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, high in calcium, anti-inflammatory, fiber,

Spinach: High in vitamins K, A2, C, and K, and also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, and potassium.

Romaine Lettuce: High in fiber, manganese, potassium, biotin, vitamin B1, copper, iron, and vitamin C. Also a good source of vitamin B2, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B6, phosphorus, chromium, magnesium, calcium, and pantothenic acid.

Cucumbers: Fights inflammation, supports digestive health, contains antioxidant properties, including but not limited to beta carotene, and vitamin C.

Celery: Lowers inflammation, lowers high cholesterol, helps to treat high blood pressure, protects liver health, helps prevent ulcers, and helps prevent urinary tract infections. Also a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin B6.

Apple: Decrease the risk of diabetes, reduce cholesterol, promotes a healthier heart, helps prevent gallstones, and boost the immune system.

Pineapple: Contains the protein-digesting enzyme bromelain, anti-inflammatory and helps with digestion.
